And yes, it has been brought to the attention of the front desk those times also. And it’s been an issue in past visits (on other floors). When a ‘resort’ charges a $13 daily resort ‘fee’ and the wi-if is basically non-existent (32nd floor all the way down from the elevator this stay), that’s a huge issue. And these issues are not new (the same recurring things over the past few visits). But.there are a few things management needs to work on to stay the dominant ‘resort’ in Black Hawk. Love the amenities- large heated top-floor pool, 2 hot tubs (when no covid restrictions), fitness facility with a nice view, large comfortable rooms, great casino, nice employees. Have stayed for multi-night visits more than a dozen times in the past 5 years. We do like staying at the Ameristar in Black Hawk.
